He possesses degrees in Business Administration (BS and MBA). He attended Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio prior to obtaining his Master’s Degree in Business (MBA) from the University of Detroit, Detroit Michigan, USA.

His Corporate experience includes work in several industries primarily in the Human Resources function. His for-profit Corporate experience includes The Ford Motor Company (Cleveland/Detroit) where he held positions in Labor Relations, and the full range of Personnel functional areas including management of International Expatriates. Additionally, Exxon Corporation (New York/Florida/New Jersey). Again, with a focus on International business, with subordinate staff in Belgium, Holland and the United Kingdom.

In addition to these large, multi-national organizations, Allen served as Head of Human Resources for a Division of the Williams Companies, Tulsa Oklahoma a Gas and Liquids pipeline transportation company. operated refineries and petrochemical production operations to which Allen was associated. His Human Resources role within this company encompassed each of the key operational units of this multi-national company which included responsibility for staff located in Lithuania (refineries), Alaska (refineries) Memphis (refinery), Louisiana (Petrochemical plant) and Venezuela (Natural Gas recovery).

Allen also served as Vice President of Human Resources for two Privately held organizations: Soft Sheen Products (Chicago, Illinois) with staff in Brazil and South Africa. He served as Vice President Human Resources for The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare (Chicago).

Mr. Allen has served in the capacity of Manager, Director, Vice President and Corporate Officer and has had responsibility for providing leadership and guidance to staffs of up to 250 employees.

Mr. Allen's Entrepreneurial experience spans more than 15 years of management and ownership of several fast-paced Small Businesses. He has held the position of President and/or CEO in each of these ventures, with full P & O responsibility.

His leadership of Essex Energy Marketing, a sales and marketing energy brokerage located in Tulsa Oklahoma has spanned more than nine years. During this time, Allen has obtained a broad understanding of the purchase and sale of refined and crude oil products as well as a number of non-oil related commodities such as minerals and food products.

He registered Century Oil and Gas in late 2015, with the intention of becoming a Seller of Crude Oil products, primarily from Nigeria. He has worked steadily over the past several years to gain an understanding of the people and practices associated with movement of crude and refined products to and from West Africa. Allen has now gained broad access to the organizations and people necessary to successfully navigate within this complex environment.

Mr. Allen has performed successfully in all of the organizations and structures within which he has worked and has achieved leadership roles in each of them. He brings a breadth of knowledge, maturity and experience to his present roles of President, Essex Energy Marketing LLC and President Century Oil and Gas LLC. He has leveraged the contacts developed on a world-wide basis over the course of many years. And he has brought his years of experience and learned skills to bear on thebusinesses with which he is associated.

His contacts and close personal relationships have also afforded Allen the opportunity to develop contacts with a wide variety of US and International entities and people. These contacts aid in his search for strong and reliable fuel providers – particularly those who possess the experience needed to navigate the intricacies of purchasing, financing and shipment of fuel and other physical commodities. He applies this same base of knowledge in the management of Financial Instruments and non–fuel related commoddities.
